Copper is a chemical element with the symbol Cu (from Latin: cuprum) and atomic number It is a soft, malleable, and ductile metal with very high thermal and electrical conductivity.A freshly exposed surface of pure copper has a pinkish-orange is used as a conductor of heat and electricity, as a building material, and as a constituent of various metal alloys, such as sterling. We are engaged in offering a best range of Seed Pelleting Machine all over india with best quality. This can be used for all kinds of spices, pulses, oil seeds, grass, vegetable seeds and many other crop seeds, grains like wheat, bajra, sesame seed, green gram, black gram, rice, mustard seed and others types of seeds also.

You can also use Cere-san M as a slurry or wet treatment. Manufacturers furnish complete instructions with the chemicals. Follow these di-rections carefully.

When Not to Use the Copper Carbonate Dust Method.-If the seed is black with smut, use the standard formaldehyde treat- ment which is more effective than the copper carbonate method; under such conditions.

Complete control of wheat smut has not been obtained when very badly contaminated seed has been treated with copper carbonate dust. THE COPPER CARBONATE TREATMENT Copper carbonate is a chemical which, when applied as a dust coating on wheat, will kill the spores of common smut or bunt.

It cannot be ap-plied to the wheat effectively without using some special treating machine or device. It cannot be applied by shoveling into the grain.

This method of treating is now an. The 5BY-5B Wheat Seed Dressing Machine is very good for coating vegetable seed and grain seed, such as seeds of wheat, barley, maize, sorghum, soybeans, cotton, chili, grass, etc.

Principle of 5BY-5B Wheat Seed Dressing Machine/5. So in he developed what he called the "Ben Smut Treater" to apply copper carbonate dust to small grains. As a seed treatment, copper carbonate was no longer the state of the art. A Bayer seed treatment launched in Germany inUspulun, had set a new benchmark for effective control of fungal pathogens in cereals.

The fungicidal effect of copper compounds as non-systemic fungicides are such as bordeaux mixture, cupric hydroxide, copper arsenate, copper carbonate, cuprous oxide, copperquinolinolate, copper oleate, copper sulfate, or copper oxychloride.

Machine is used for coating the surface of the seeds, dried fruit type of products. Working principle of the machine: Machine has a weighing reservoir. Initial. Seed film coating machine, type Ø mm This fully automatic film coating machine is used for continuous treating of larger quantities of seeds.

Using film coating liquids mixed with water and/or fungicides (or other), the seeds are treated uniformly in this automatic batch system. Justia Patents From Metal Containing Monomer US Patent for Seed coatings, coating compositions and methods for use Patent (Patent # 10,).

Pankaj K. Mehrotra, in Comprehensive Hard Materials, Production of Granulated Powder by Spray Drying. The objective of the spray drying process is to dry the milled powder slurry in a continuous process and create granulated powder of desired quality.

Some of the basic quality requirements for granulated powder include flow, bulk density, granule shape and size distribution.

Summary: Seeds are coated for ease of handling, singulation, precision placement and the incorporation of beneficial chemicals or microbials.

Coated seeds are accepted widely as a standard product for many crops. Quality demands for seed suitable for coating, have improved knowledge of physiological seed. to treat the seed of several crops.

Copper carbonate is recommended only for stinking smut or bunt of wheat and the kernel smuts of sorghum. Both Ceresan and copper carbonate are poisonous, and treated grain should not be fed to livestock. Care should be taken not to inhale the dust. Seed coating is the practice of covering seeds with external materials to improve handling, protection, and, to a lesser extent, germination enhancement and plant establishment.

•Wheat is conditioned for milling. Moisture is added in certain amounts to toughen the bran and mellow the inner endosperm. This help the parts of the kernel to be separated easily and cleanly •Tempered wheat is stored in bins from hours, depending on the type of wheat - soft, medium or hard.

there are metallic inorganics (copper carbonate) and nonmetallic inorganics (sulfur). Fungicidal seed treatments may be dry or wet according to the form in which the fungicide is applied to the seed.

In a dry treatment, the fungicide is applied in dust form, usually in a mechanical mixer at rates ranging from)^ to 4 ounces or more to the bushel. These losses can be easily prevented by proper seed treat ment. The copper carbonate dust method has proved to be the most satisfactory.

Two ounces of the dust are mixed with each bushel of wheat by means of a revolving barrel or box, a cement mixer, or a special machine manufactured for this purpose. Used for coating corn and other crops where only a basic film coating application is required. Utilizing a dye based colour to maintain an economic advantage above other polymers in this class.

Seed coating is the practice of covering seeds with external materials to improve handling, protection, and, to a lesser extent, germination enhancement and plant establishment. With an annual value exceeding US$1 billion dollars, this technology is mostly the preserve of the private research sector, with few links to the scientific community.

Here, we analyse the science and industry of seed.
